Shipping & Returns


In-stock items that require no modifications or ring sizing will be shipped within 3 days (excluding weekends and holidays) of your order.

Custom orders are usually processed within 2 weeks.

Orders to P.O. Box addresses must be shipped through the US Post Office and may take additional time to arrive.

For your protection, all orders are shipped to the billing address on your credit card.

For Reseller returns, there is a 15% restocking fee.

For Consumer purchases, we offer a 30-day return/exchange policy.

You may return/exchange certain Denim x Diamonds merchandise in its original, unused and unworn condition within 30 days of the purchase date.

Custom Orders or Special Orders and modified or altered items cannot be returned. Items with denim in colors other than Blue may be exchanged only.

Rings of any size other than our standard size 6 cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping charges from the original purchase are not refundable. We will pay return shipping for defective items only, or if the return is a result of our error.

You are responsible for the cost of shipping and handling of the return via the carrier of your choice. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Returns, regardless of shipping method, must be insured for full value (purchase price). We can not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department.

Denim x Diamonds, Inc. will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.
