1. How long it takes to ship my order? 
    運送訂單需要多長時間?

"We aim to deliver standard orders within 1-2 working days when payment is received. Please allow extra time for payment to process or when there is an adverse weather condition. For the goods that are out of stock, we aim to deliver within 1-2 working days after replenishment or production."

我們的目標是在付款確認收到後的1-2個工作日內安排寄貨。 若有惡劣天氣或銀行轉帳延誤, 敬請諒解。 對於貨物缺貨,我們的目標是在補貨或生產後的1-2個工作日內交貨。

2. How do I track my order? 
    如何追踪我的訂單?

"When the order is dispatched, we will provide a tracking number for you. The tracking number is only available for delivery via SF Express or registered mail/parcels.
You can use the tracking number to locate your parcel on website of S.F. Express or Hong Kong Post. Please note that you will not be able to track the delivery status until the day you received the tracking number."

3. How much is the delivery cost?

"The delivery fee depends on courier charges. For using SF express, shipments delivered to Hong Kong's Remote Areas will be subject to HKD 30 surcharge. Free delivery will be applied automatically at checkout when the purchase amount is over HK$1,000."

送貨費用取決於快遞費用。對於使用SF快遞,運往香港偏遠地區的貨物將收取30港元的附加費。購買金額超過港幣1,000元時,我們將會提供免費送貨。

1. Can I change my order? 
    我可以更改訂單嗎?

"It depends on the stage of your order has reached. We do try to process all our orders as soon as possible after they have been placed so that you receive them within 1-2 working days. If you would like to change your order, please kindly call us immediately at +852 2362 2000 during our office hour. (Monday - Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm).
Unfortunately, if the order is already in progress at our warehouse, we won't be able to make any changes and the order will be sent as it is been received. We will however try our very best to resolve any issues that may present."

2. Can orders be placed abroad?

"Orders can be placed abroad via our standard checkout process. We do provide standard shipping or express delivery at different cost."

1. How is my Di-AmandaTM jewellery packaged?

"All the Di-AmandaTM jewelry comes in our exclusive Di-AmandaTM gift box with a blue paper bag. It also comes with a care card and a blue pouch to protect your jewelry. We will also provide a catalog for you to know more about our brand."

2. Is the denim waterproof?

"Yes, waterproof spray has been applied on all the denim jewelries. However, the color will last much longer if you keep it away from water and protect it with care. Please note that the color of denim may fade away over time.

To ensure long-lasting enjoyment of our products, you can:
. Avoid contact with water or other solution (especially applicable to the denim fabric)
. Regularly clean the metal surface with a soft cloth
. Avoid contact with alcohol and chemical solutions, including hand cream
. Pilling on denim fabric after wearing for a period of time is a normal phenomenon"

3. What is 925 Silver? 

    什麼是925銀?

"The highest quality silver for jewelry is called Sterling Silver or 925 Silver.
It is an alloy containing 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% another metal (typically copper).
Since pure silver is too soft to make jewellery, so silver is usually alloyed with copper to strengthen and stabilize in order to make beautiful jewellery."

4. Do you custom-make jewellery?

"Yes, we are able to custom jewelry by using different denim color. Unfortunately, we are not able to tailor-make a complete different style of product. However, we are always interested in hearing your feedback so please kindly let us know if you would like to discuss anything with us. We will be pleased to look into this further for you.

Return policy 退貨

1. How can I return or exchange an unwanted item that was purchased from Di-Amanda.com?

    如何退貨和交換產品?

You can return goods to our Di-Amanda™ office in Hong Kong at your own cost (including any shipping costs, taxes and duties) within 30 days of receiving your order. After receiving your Return & Exchange Request, we will process your request within 14 days.

Any Return & Exchange request made after 30 days of purchase date will not be approved. Purchased Item(s) must be in good condition with all packaging, tags, Care Card, Guaranteed Card or anything associated. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless it is defective. " 

在收到您的訂單後30天內,請自費(包括任何運費,稅金和關稅)將貨品退回香港的Di-Amanda™辦公室。收到您的退貨和交換請求後,我們將在14天內處理您的請求。在購買日期30天后提出的退換貨請求將不會被批准。

2. How long would it take to process a refund?

    退款需要多長時間?

Once your returned item(s) have been received by our office, we will issue a refund for the returned item(s) (excluding any packaging, shipping or handling charges) to the given bank account or credit card that is used for the payment. Please be advised that it will take up 10-12 working days for the refund to show up on your bank or credit card statement. 

一旦您退回的產品被我們的辦公室收到,我們將退還給你用作付款的銀行帳戶或信用卡(不包括任何包裝,運輸或手續費)。 請注意,退款需要10-12個工作日才能反映在您的銀行或信用卡對賬單上。

3. How long is the warranty period? 
    保修期有多久?

Maintenance services include basic maintenance and repair of defects on the production and the maintenance period will be 6 months.

This warranty is void if the jewelry has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service or other factors not due to defects in material or workmanship. All jewelry sent in under warranty must include a sales receipt.

維修服務包括生產缺陷的基本維護和維修,維修期為6個月。如果珠寶由於意外,疏忽,未經授權的服務或其他不因材料或工藝上的缺陷而被損壞,則本保修無效。在保修期間發送的所有珠寶都必須包含銷售收據。
